Shadow Lighting offers free, professional lighting audits for building owners and facility managers to help determine if your lighting solutions are making the right impression. Lighting plays an important role in building design, from creating a welcoming atmosphere to maintaining an impressive brand image. But knowing when and how to invest in lighting is not always easy.

A comprehensive lighting audit considers the big picture concerns of your building, including long-term business and energy-efficiency goals, as well as the day-to-day performance of existing lamps and fixtures.

Shadow Lighting offers free, professional lighting audits for commercial building owners and operators to help determine if your hospitality lighting solutions are making the right first impression and a positive impact on your bottom line—without having to spend hours reviewing lighting choices or waiting weeks for a custom proposal.

What to Expect

Lighting audits can help building owners and facility managers evaluate the best lighting solutions to maximize energy savings and create a welcoming experience in their commercial space by comparing energy usage rates and exploring efficient alternatives to your hotel's existing technologies.

A common misconception is that a lighting audit involves long hours spent walking the facility and weeks more developing a scheme for your particular space—but that's simply not the case. Shadow Lighting has taken advantage of the latest technologies to create a simple, hassle-free process. Years of experience (plus hundreds of installations) allows Shadow Lighting to deliver a customized lighting proposal typically within days of walking the facility.

After signing up for a free lighting audit, a Shadow Lighting associate will call to schedule an on-site analysis of your company. Once the audit is completed the customer will be provided an estimated payback period for their lighting upgrade/retrofit. This report allows building owners and property managers to determine whether LED lighting is the right choice for their space based off their goals for a quicker ROI or long-term energy savings. This proposal typically includes an optimized lighting layout, BC Hydro Power Smart rebate, (if applicable) detailed ROI analysis and next steps to installation.

Please call us at 604-372-2400 to schedule your free lighting audit.
